Admin Assistance #

• User did not upload evidence – Since it was not witnessed by a member of our staff, please submit a video/screenshot of the incident to our discord.
• User hasnt responded in the ticket after 24 hours – Hello, this ticket is inactive. We will be closing it out for now. Please make another ticket when you have more time.
• User has become toxic in the ticket – Due to your behavior, we will be closing this ticket and removing you from our services.
• User has submitted insufficient evidence – After reviewing your evidence, we have deemed it insufficient to issue a ban on the accused player. Do you have any more videos/screenshots of the reported incident?
• User has made the wrong ticket – Hey there, you’ve opened the wrong ticket type. Please open the correct ticket at [instruct them on where to open the correct ticket].
• User has submitted evidence from a different server – Hello, it seems this happened on a different server. Please open a ticket with the correct squad server so they can better assist you.

Ban Appeal #

• User has been banned for Racism – Your behavior has not only violated the squad code of conduct but also that of our community. Your ban appeal has been denied, and you will be removed from our services.
• User has been banned for Main camping – Your actions have caused issues regarding fair gameplay. You ignored warnings from admins and continued to main camp. For these reasons, your ban appeal has been denied. We hope you learn something from this. You are welcome to rejoin after your ban has run its course.
• User has been banned for Sexism – Your actions do not align with our community values and the squad code of conduct. Therefore, your ban appeal has been denied, and you will be permanently removed from our services.
• User has been banned for Intentional team killing – We do not tolerate intentional team killing of any kind. It is against the Squad Code of Conduct and our server rules. For this reason, your ban appeal will be denied. You are free to rejoin after the ban has run its course.
• User has been banned for Toxicity – We do not tolerate such actions on our server. Your ban appeal has been denied, and we will be closing this ticket.
• User has been banned by the CBL from other servers – You do not have a ban with us. You were banned by the community ban list. You must appeal your ban with the server that banned you.
• User has been banned for Nazism – We do not tolerate such behavior on our servers. Your ban appeal has been denied, and you will be permanently removed from our services.
