Rules and requirements
"Rules and Requirements" is a section that lists all of our basic community health standards and rules so that our recruits and members can better understand what is asked of them to uphold. This contains the basic rules, and the requirements to join The Unnamed.

"Helpful information" is a section of the Recruit Hub dedicated to providing useful information that can help recruits be successful during their trial period. All recruits are advised to read through this section so that they can have a better understanding of how to succeed during their trial!

Rules and Requirements
Recruit Requirements
- Must be 18+
- Must be a team player
- Must have no recent ban history, one month for minor bans, 3-6 for major bans (Squad applicants)
- Must agree to exclusivity (For supported games only – Squad, Star Citizen, War Thunder)
- Must uphold our community values
- Must be active within the community
Community Rules
- Racist, Misogynistic, sexist, bigoted, discriminatory, and ableist language is strictly prohibited.
- Harassment, abuse, toxicity, and bullying will not be tolerated.
- Be Respectful and help promote integrity, equality, and equity.
- Help maintain a safe, inclusive and positive space for all users.
- Report any instances of behavior that may go against our core community values.
Helpful Information
Engage and Be Active!
Some great ways to stay active and engaged within the community include:
- Joining Voice Channels | Jump into voice channels to chat, play games, or simply hang out with other members and recruits. This is one of the best ways to connect with the community.
- In-Game Activity | Being active in the game you joined us for is equally important. Whether it’s Squad, Star Citizen, or War Thunder, we encourage you to join fellow members and recruits in game whenever possible. If you notice members in a voice channel playing, don’t hesitate to join in! For those of you who didn’t join for any specific game, join our members in other games when you see them playing!
- Participate In Events | Keep an eye out for scheduled community events or community gaming sessions! These are fantastic opportunities to engage with others and get to know our members.
Collaborate With Fellow Recruits and ask for guidance!
We believe that recruits grow stronger together. Take the time to bond with your fellow recruits as you share experiences and support each other through the trial process. Building camaraderie early on will not only help you succeed, but also strengthen our community as a whole.

In 2022, Josef founded the Recruitment Team, launching an initiative that has since become a vital part of our community’s success. Under his leadership, the Recruitment Team has grown significantly, welcoming over 400 new members to the community and setting the standard for engagement and collaboration.

Outside of recruitment, Josef’s vibrant personality continues to shine. User Bio: Exho, often referred to as Nerd, Recruitment Nerd, and Admin Nerd, has truly navigated an interesting path at Unn. From starting his own clan to contributing significantly during The Great Merge, he has played an important role in expanding Unnamed’s community in 2023 to 2025. Since joining our beloved Vanilla and GC servers, Exho has shown himself to be not only an excellent member, recruiter, and admin, but also a supportive friend who genuinely cares about others.
There’s a sense of curiosity surrounding the day he entered Invasion 24/7, which he connects to a “false ban” allegation. Despite the lighthearted jokes from friends about his past and his unusual preference for chicken tenders over more traditional options like steak or ribs, Exho remains unfazed, standing by his opinion and protecting his right to be innocent or always right no matter the topic.
Now, as the Executive Director, Exho has worked incredibly hard to achieve this position. He leads his team with empathy and understanding, addressing all recruitment challenges for our community with dedication and heart. His commitment to fostering a welcoming environment is truly admirable.
